Sales Account Manager

Account Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories, identifying opportunities with existing customers and prospecting new ones. Foster strong relationships with customers to resolve concerns and address their needs.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, determining pricing based on market research and customer requirements. Maintain open communication with all levels of staff and customers to build trust and respect.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations to provide tailored solutions to customers. Collaborate with the Technical Sales Specialist and Lead to ensure effective sales support.
- Represent Blommer Chocolate at trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote the company's products and services.
- Coordinate resources to ensure effective sales support, updating sales tools to provide forecast information to management and identifying potential customer growth.
- Prepare and present proposals to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Keep management informed by updating CRM and compiling call reports and monthly segment sales analyses.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Actively manage open contracts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Service existing customer accounts and establish new ones by prospecting, researching, planning, and organizing daily work schedules.
- Responsible for utilizing the sales process and working independently to carry opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare annual budgets based on customer sales forecasts.
Training and Education:
- Attend Portfolio Trainings for the Sales Team to understand new products and their value propositions.
- Create and present professional presentations by working closely with R&D and marketing to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a high level of product and customer knowledge, research customer needs, and product applications.
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect targeted industries.
Requirements:
- Extensive travel up to 60%.
