Role SummaryWe are in search of a Behavior Analyst to assist the Clinical Director in the Santa Clara and San Mateo regions. This position is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), emphasizing training and support.
- Design and oversee the execution of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring professional service delivery.
- Manage and review clinical documentation, including case notes and reports.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contributing to both clinical and operational discussions.
- Provide in-person support at client locations and in our clinic, with occasional telehealth services.
- Conduct data analysis and inter-observer agreement (IOA) assessments.
- Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification in good standing.
- Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, early childhood education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in ABA across diverse settings, including educational and home environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, observational, and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with supervisors, clients, families, and colleagues, aimed at achieving positive outcomes.
- Ability to instruct in Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior Training (VB), Natural Environment Training (NET), and other ABA methodologies.
Type: Full-time (consideration for part-time arrangements available)
Compensation: $78,000 - $105,000 annually
