About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living, encouraging socialization and participation in community activities, documenting care and services provided, and ensuring care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, and caring, with a high level of personal engagement with older adults. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our residents, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
  • You have at least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community
  • You follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal
  • You are self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • You are observant, dependable, adaptable and respectful
