Senior Living Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Responsibilities- Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
- Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being.
- Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs.
- Ensure care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance.
- Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays.
- At least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing community.
- Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Observant, dependable, adaptable, and respectful.
