The Medical Scribe will assist physicians in capturing accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient information, including medical history, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Assist physicians with charting and documentation during patient encounters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
- 2 years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
