Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at Urgent Care Group. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical teams by documenting patient information, communicating with providers, and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document patient history, physical exam findings, and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with providers to prioritize and advocate for efficient patient flow.
  • Support providers in placing and monitoring orders for lab tests, imaging, and medications.
  • Record diagnoses and assist with choosing appropriate discharge and follow-up instructions.
