Job Title: Expansion Account Executive

At Truckstop, we are revolutionizing the freight-moving lifecycle with our innovative SaaS solutions. As an Expansion Account Executive, you will play a critical role in up-selling and cross-selling our Compliance-as-a-Service products to our existing Broker customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage with existing customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate products and services virtually to drive education and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Consult with customers to gather information and make product recommendations
  • Effectively manage monthly quota by selling products and services through a value-based approach
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide value, teach, tailor, and problem-solve with customers leveraging our tech stack and Value-Based selling methodology
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunity outcomes
  • Report accurately on weekly productivity to provide sales summary and forecasting
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Experience in carrying and attaining a sales quota
  • Minimum three years' experience in software sales, including experience in presenting sales demonstrations to clients
  • Background in shipping and logistics, preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $59,500—$70,000 USD, plus commission based on meeting monthly targets. Final salary is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, and business considerations.
