Compensation:

Work Schedule:

  • The required availability for this role is:
    • Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 7 PM CST.
    • Must reside within one hour of the office location.
    • Fully remote work is supported.
  • During peak periods, employees may be expected to work a 40-hour week with potential overtime.
  • During slower periods, hours may vary between 32 to 40 hours based on client requirements.
  • No weekend shifts; the schedule is strictly Monday through Friday.
  • This position is a contract role with the possibility of permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or as a phone receptionist.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • While remote, candidates must be able to commute to the office in case of internet connectivity issues.
  • Attendance is critical during the initial 90 days of employment.
