The Training Specialist plays a crucial role in the design, execution, management, and ongoing enhancement of the training initiatives at ADMA Biomanufacturing LLC. This position ensures the effective implementation of training programs across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of quality and operational excellence, aligning with the company's Mission and Values.
- Collaborate in the design and development of educational solutions that meet learning objectives and cater to diverse learning preferences.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that effectively address the needs of learners.
- Assist in organizing and delivering comprehensive training for all staff involved in cGMP operations.
- Maintain training documentation for specific roles and departmental requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in the training program and assess the effectiveness of training courses.
- Support new hire orientation and training as required.
- Assist in the creation of training materials related to departmental standard operating procedures.
- Participate in the development of training metrics and key performance indicators to ensure compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback to departments to uphold adherence to established procedures.
- Input training data into the electronic quality management system.
- Work with Document Control to ensure proper maintenance and filing of training records.
- Coordinate and execute additional projects as assigned.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in Manufacturing, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control is desirable. Experience in education, training, or adult learning is advantageous. Leading training initiatives and continuous improvement in a regulated environment is preferred.
