Description

As a seasoned professional in project controls, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and cost engineering aspects of complex projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams on project controls best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
