Position Overview

In this dynamic role, the Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a range of program management services, collaborating with multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report discrepancies in financial systems.
  • Provide expert guidance in accordance with regulatory frameworks and local policies.
  • Facilitate and manage various meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate program activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to program events and resolving issues.
  • Review and verify program purchase requests for accuracy and authorization.
  • Maintain and update event schedules and reports using Excel.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of request logs.
  • Generate and submit program status reports regularly.
  • Support emergency planning through effective program management functions.
  • Deliver daily weather briefings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory systems to ensure operational readiness.
  • Provide intelligence assessments to aid decision-making processes.
  • Utilize various systems for equipment movement analysis and recommendations.
  • Attend program meetings to provide logistics updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, along with relevant experience in program coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine education and experience to meet job requirements.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various software systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for job responsibilities.
