Job Summary

Beacon Platform Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer, Fixed Income to join our team. As a key member of our Quant team, you will play a critical role in enhancing and expanding our Fixed Income product suite, including Credit Derivatives, Bonds, and other Fixed Income instruments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance models for valuation, risk, and trade lifecycle management, with a focus on Bonds, Credit Derivatives, and other Fixed Income markets.
Design, build, and maintain frameworks within the platform to support Fixed Income products, including lifecycle management, scenario analysis, cash flow generation, and reporting (e.g., P&L attribution).
Identify and advocate for new models and design patterns necessary for the continuous improvement of an evolving infrastructure to support all clients

Requirements

3+ years of experience in quantitative development, with a focus on financial products.
Familiarity with Credit Derivatives and Bonds
Strong understanding of Credit Derivatives, Bonds, and Fixed Income markets, including market conventions, deal structures, and pricing/risk management
Experience developing code in a production environment
Development Background in a high-level language, preferably with a few years of Python experience
Strong problem solving and communication skills, ability to convey technical topics to a diverse audience
