Unique Opportunity in Fixed Income Research

Oxford Knight is seeking a skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team in a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our research platform for Fixed Income products. As a key member of our small group of technologists, you will be responsible for building out the infrastructure for traders and quants to research their ideas and translate them into impactful trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, own, and maintain the research platform for Fixed Income products
  • Collaborate with the fixed income trading desk to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' software development experience
  • Strong programming skills with fluency in C++ and Python
  • Good academic record with excellent GPA (Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM major preferred)
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environment & tools
  • High level of technical agility, with an interest in innovative technologies
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of Rust
  • Understanding of fixed income products, e.g. corporate credit, ETFs, treasury bonds
