As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their personal loan needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Loan Origination: Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility, and work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Marketing and Sales: Market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls, and educate customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products.
- Account Management: Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Customer Service Mindset: Possess a customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience: Have experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
- Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and effectively manage time to meet business objectives.
