Inpatient Training Specialist

About the Position
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive training to inpatient employees at the Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to teach and coach groups of people new to the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for Therapeutic Options, CPR, First Aid, and new employee orientation topics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collect and analyze data to inform training programs and improve employee performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification as a Consumer Recovery Specialist.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
