Building Automation/Data Center Technical Specialist

Job Overview
We seek a skilled Automation and Control Systems Expert to join our innovative team at Gulfstream SP. This role requires extensive experience with building automation and control systems, particularly in data center environments.
- BAS Design and Troubleshooting: Design, program, and troubleshoot building automation systems (BAS) for HVAC, energy management, and data center operations.
- SCADA and PLC Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless integration with building automation platforms.
- Field Service Operations: Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems, provide on-site technical support, and optimize system performance.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to meet project timelines and achieve deliverables.
- System Upgrades and Maintenance: Manage upgrades to existing systems, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and reliability requirements.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with building automation systems, particularly in data center environments.
- Technical expertise in SCADA platforms and PLC programming languages such as Ladder Diagrams, Function Block Diagrams, and Structured Text.
- Proficiency in building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
- Experience with HMI development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
