The Role
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist who can provide direct dental care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. The successful candidate will work under the general supervision of a dentist and will be responsible for assessing the dental condition and needs of patients, reviewing their medical history, and providing general support to the office.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. You should also be able to speak another language, which will enable you to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and company holidays. You will also receive quarterly bonuses based on office performance and reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year or a maximum of $500 during a two-year period for full-time employees. Additionally, we provide company-provided certification trainings, including CPR certificates, Radiology certificates, Nitrous Oxide certificates, etc., and reimburse selected employees for eligible training/testing expenses required to obtain or renew the certificate.
