About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our NA Beauty business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project teams to develop and commercialize new products and enhancements to existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through a Stage-Gated process to effectively develop, tool, and commercialize new products, meeting all objectives and schedules.
  • Work closely with customers in product design, development, refinement, and customization for new product launches.
  • Develop timelines and monitor internal activities with associated departments to achieve on-time, robust product delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customers, suppliers, and other relevant sources to identify research, develop, and apply new technology to products and processes.
  • Conduct effective presentations for external customers and internal leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (manufacturing, plastics, rigid packaging, or technical area of expertise).
  • Master's degree in business preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Project management certifications from PMI or equivalent a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
