ROLE OVERVIEW
Oversee the daily interactions and correspondence with banking institutions.
Assist businesses in successfully navigating the KYC Due Diligence processes.
Ensure that all documentation and information provided to banks adhere to the relevant laws and regulations pertinent to the assigned business sectors.
Facilitate the opening of C2B and B2B accounts in banks and EMIs according to business requirements.Analyze financial documents and identify risk areas to improve controls and document processes.
Complete various tasks assigned by the Team Lead within the specified timelines.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a legal, project management, or compliance capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and a good command of Russian (A2/B1 level).
A degree in Law, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with AML/KYC protocols.
Ability to devise solutions for non-standard cases.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
