Key Responsibilities
  • Instill safety as a top priority and provide on-site supervision and direction to crew members.
  • Familiarize yourself with project specifications and understand plans to establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule.
  • Ensure crew time cards are filled out and submitted weekly, and fill out daily foreman reports.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that may arise, and manage all excavating activities for your crew.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years as a pipe foreman/supervisor in the Highway Heavy Civil Construction Industry.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices, and familiarity with heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work with tools and equipment, and frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift up to 50lbs.
Working Conditions

Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach, and climb, lifting and carrying material and objects, exposed to high noise levels.
