- Provide top-notch bathing and grooming services to our canine guests, including nail trims, ear cleaning, and brushing.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their pets receive the best possible care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor guest health and report any concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our pet resort.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pet care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
