Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and exceed their expectations.
  • Handle escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Analyze customer requests and provide information or route requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure follow-through on resolutions.
  • Assist with returns and replacements as needed.
  • Analyze transactions and correct errors.
  • Provide accurate information on product pricing and availability.
  • Resolve customer questions related to orders and place orders as opportunities arise.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and sales quality assurance.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge through vendor meetings and training.
  • Manage time effectively and meet personal and team goals.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and communicate them to the team.
  • Participate in training and support of CSRI as needed.
  • Report any system or product inaccuracies in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of related experience.
