What You'll Do

  • Install gas lines in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring successful completion without supervision.
  • Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in homes, meeting high standards of quality and safety.
  • Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping, utilizing expertise and technical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned or required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2+ Years of Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in technical skills and knowledge.
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, and air flow is preferred, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred, demonstrating commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR are required, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
  • High standards for work quality and integrity are essential, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • A growth mindset and the desire to improve every day are crucial, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
  • The ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary, with a focus on adaptability and resilience.
