Position Overview

Puente Hills Volkswagen, a prominent automotive dealership situated in the vibrant city of Industry, California, is currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient functioning of our dealership while ensuring top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Providing customers with information regarding dealership services and offerings.
  • Upholding the aesthetic appeal of the lot and showroom.
  • Assisting various departments as required, including delivering vehicles to service areas.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The Vehicle Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing vehicle movements within the service area and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities also include delivering vehicles to customers post-service and providing transportation when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive outlook, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic environment, along with a valid driver's license.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain vehicle inventory by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
  • Affix buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keep the lot organized and orderly, moving vehicles as directed by management.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes and parking areas as required.
  • Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
