About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Partners in selling integrated media solutions and partnerships to large Financial Services clients. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, maintaining excellent client relations, generating prospect opportunities, and supporting your team in all sales activities to achieve quarterly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of sales activities, including proposal preparation and client communication
  • Project management: tracking of print insertions, digital executions, and custom media activations
  • Direct communication and follow-up with clients and internal departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent client support and relationship-building
  • Liaise with internal teams to develop tactical solutions and partnership concepts
  • Coordinate and prepare client media proposals for presentation generation
  • Assist with research for meetings and special projects as directed
  • Ensure sales teams have required sales materials and support information
  • Aid in proactive outreach by monitoring publications for assigned clients
  • Proactively seek additional revenue opportunities from new LOBs/new clients
  • Deliver post-campaign insights and assist with renewal opportunities
  • Seek invoice orders and ensure internal teams are briefed to deliver media solutions
  • Work with Planning to monitor campaign materials post-sale and optimize campaigns as needed
Requirements
  • 0-1 years experience in advertising sales support required
  • Financial Services experience or understanding is advantageous
  • Proven high standards of client support and service
  • Articulate and intelligent, with strong writing and presentation skills
  • Effective communication, verbal and written
  • Candidates must possess initiative, be detail-oriented, and work independently and within a team environment
  • Organized and focused on priorities that move the sales process forward
  • Creative thinker who can match marketers' goals with our media properties
  • College degree preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong familiarity with non-traditional media solutions and traditional media
