As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of our warehouse operations, driving performance and efficiency to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a strong safety culture within our warehouse, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes meeting or exceeding performance metrics for environmental, health, quality, and safety.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, driving performance to meet or exceed company goals. Prepare and analyze operating reports, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable feedback to direct reports.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to meet or exceed operational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement new processes to meet business needs. Champion best practices and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover within the warehouse.
  • Leadership Development: Develop a high-performing site leadership team by applying high standards for selection and continued performance. Establish clear and stretching goals, communicate and delegate key responsibilities, and actively utilize performance, development, and career tools to their full potential.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze production data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement. Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations.
  • Training and Development: Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates.
  • Equipment Operation: Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Team Management: Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to analyze problems and strategize for improved outcomes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience: 5+ years of plant operations experience or 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
