POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking qualified Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to provide essential support in the Stratford area. Our organization is dedicated to delivering compassionate care to individuals in need.

COVID-19 VACCINATION: Candidates must be fully vaccinated.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recognize and respond to patient changes or concerns.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care, cooking, and light housekeeping.
- Support mobility with the use of canes, walkers, or wheelchairs.
- Facilitate patient transfers and assist with prescribed exercises.
- Uphold the dignity and respect of patients and their belongings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of client care.
- Exhibit effective communication skills by accurately conveying necessary information, actively listening, and seeking clarification when needed.
