Job Title: BAS Controls Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled BAS Controls Technician to join our team at MCI - Mechanical Contractors LLC. As a key member of our Integrated Building Services (IBS) department, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and servicing digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission controls systems to meet project specifications.
  • Implement databases, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Provide technical support to customers and identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems at their locations.
  • Maintain and review documentation to meet BAS project requirements.
  • Work cooperatively with clients, internal and external, to foster positive perceptions of the service team.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in engineering technology, or Diploma or certificate from a two-year community college, or technical school, or 5 years of experience in BAS controls systems.
  • Educational background in electronics, computer programming, or mechanical technology.
  • Valid driver's license.
