Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling and securing luggage, and issuing boarding passes to airline passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Handle and secure luggage according to TSA standards, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Issue boarding passes and tag bags for departing flights, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions, and flight information, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a face-to-face guest service position, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor environment, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, push luggage cages, and stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Knowledge of the airline or travel industry, with a strong understanding of airport procedures and protocols.
