Position Overview:

The Machine Builder role requires a skilled individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The position involves handling medium complexity projects with a solid foundational knowledge base, ensuring that the quality of work consistently meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize proficient assembly techniques to contribute to project teams in addressing and resolving concerns.
  2. Oversee the installation of machinery throughout all stages, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  3. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, while actively identifying potential safety and environmental issues.
  4. Maintain a clear understanding of project timelines and adhere to scheduled deadlines.
  5. Participate in the Quality System and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Ensure regular attendance and punctuality as a critical function of the role.
  7. Update the E-BOM summary on a weekly basis and communicate findings to the Mechanical Supervisor.
  8. Demonstrate basic welding capabilities and possess personal tools and PPE.
  9. Exhibit proficiency in rigging and crane operations.

Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
