We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Assembly Specialist to join our team at OTR Performance. This role is crucial to assembling our products and ensuring they are shipped efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble product kits with precision and care according to established procedures, ensuring the highest quality.
  • Program our products to meet specific requirements before shipping.
  • Process customer orders through our software, ensuring all shipments are accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare orders for shipment, and receive supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages or issues, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Work closely with other team members, as well as the sales and customer service departments, to align warehouse operations with overall company goals.
  • Seek to continually gain knowledge and experience, while implementing new strategies to improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a systematic warehouse, assembly, or shipping role.
  • Ability to assemble product kits with precision and follow procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to process orders through business software like ShipStation and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with delivery personnel and internal departments.
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflows and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven ability to maintain organized workspaces and manage time effectively.
