Position Title: Field Service Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in electromechanical systems to deliver outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the installation and troubleshooting of vacuum pumps, abatement systems, and gas and chemical delivery solutions. This role is vital for enhancing revenue across service and sales sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in site safety initiatives to foster a zero-hazard work environment.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers while providing technical support.
  • Interpret and analyze detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Adhere to all site fabrication and Subfab protocol requirements.

Essential Skills:

Hard Skills:

  • Experience in field service or technical roles.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and diagrams.
  • Strong background in electromechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skilled in using testing equipment, including various meters, hand tools, and power tools.

Work Environment:

This position is fully on-site, requiring physical activity related to the installation and decommissioning of semiconductor tools. You will work in a cleanroom environment, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment, including respirators and steel-toed boots. The role involves walking significant distances and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
