Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at StretchLab Fairhope. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, working closely with our team to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through pop-up events, grassroots marketing, and networking
  • Daily outreach calls, texts, and emails to prospects
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Train and supervise Sales Associates and Flexologist staff
  • Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
  • Confident in generating sales and training/coaching staff to sell
  • Ability to work 40+ hours and be flexible with hours on weekdays/weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using sound reasoning and judgment
