Job Overview:
Aerospace Machine Learning Software Engineer is a critical role at Top Secret Clearance Jobs. As an expert in machine learning, you will collaborate with scientists and researchers to develop robust solutions for real-world problems in the aerospace industry.
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with experience in accelerating and deploying machine learning algorithms on edge hardware. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of multi-threaded C/C++/Python and expertise in implementing highly parallelizable novel algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scientists and researchers on projects related to image processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision.
- Contribute programming skills and experience in parallel computing to develop robust solutions for real-world problems.
- Optimize runtime speed of deep neural networks while retaining accuracy by leveraging model compression and conversion approaches.
- Deploy machine learning models and standard algorithmic implementations at the edge for real-time inference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree + 4-6 years experience, Master's degree + 2-4 years experience, or Ph.D. in Computer Science + 0-2 years experience.
- An active U.S. Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Clearance.
- Familiarity with C, C++, Python, Matlab, and high-performance data parallel processing.
- Strong knowledge of parallel computing principles, NVIDIA CUDA programming model, GPU architecture, and performance-optimization techniques.
- Experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and model deployment using software such as TensorRT, ONNX, and Triton.
Estimated Salary:
$180,000 - $220,000 per year.
