About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lead manager and assigned supervisor, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain official records and execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials.
  • Open, route, and respond to correspondence, answer phone calls, and take messages.
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects related to events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
