We are seeking a highly skilled District Talent Manager to join our team in St Louis, MO. This exciting role will involve leading the recruitment and hiring process for top talent within our districts.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, developing, and retaining employees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for people management and want to make a real impact at WIS International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Collaborate with Regional Talent Managers and District Managers to ensure associate readiness for upcoming business needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within our districts.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment that upholds our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent for future bench strength.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time) and occasionally for longer distances.
