At Farrington Court Retirement Community, we're seeking an exceptional CNA/HCA to join our team of compassionate professionals who strive to provide seniors with a stellar lifestyle. Our Senior Living Caregiver will play a vital role in delivering daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans.

About the Role

This is a senior living caregiver position that requires providing exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. The successful candidate will respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach, ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions, and record vital signs as requested by staff. They will also promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current CNA or HCA certificate, a can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents, ability to work effectively both as a team and independently, and a genuine love for seniors.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $23.50 per hour, a growing company with opportunities for advancement, and company-sponsored training and other learning opportunities. Our shifts are currently available on Friday-Monday 2pm-10pm or Monday-Friday 6am-2pm.
