Compassionate Caregiver Wanted for Retirement Community

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team at Farrington Court Retirement Community.
About the RoleAs a CNA/HCA, you will play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. You will work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and support, prioritizing kindness, compassion, and respect for our residents' dignity and privacy.
Responsibilities- Provide medication assistance and support with daily living activities
- Deliver exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Respond promptly to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
- Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
- Record vital signs as requested by staff and notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
