Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN at SKLD Whitehall, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care and superior customer service to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing resident conditions, implementing interventions, and developing care plans. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting observations and ensuring that care plans are being followed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
  • Assess resident conditions and develop care plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Accurately document observations and ensure that care plans are being followed.
  • Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to plan, develop, and implement facility operations.
  • Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs).
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • One year of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting (desired).
  • Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations.
