Job Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing superior customer service and care to residents on your unit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing resident conditions to implement interventions and develop care plans
  • Accurately documenting observations for residents in Point Click Care (PCC) to ensure care plans are being followed
  • Providing preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care directed to the physiological and psychosocial needs of residents
  • Implementing a variety of treatments, including dressing changes, cleansing and/or irrigating wounds, and administering tube feedings

Requirements:

We are seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license and one year of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting. A strong understanding of applicable state nursing regulations and knowledge of current federal and state laws and regulations that apply to the practice of nursing in a long-term care setting are preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities, and basic computer knowledge are also required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location.
