Customer Success Manager

ReachRx is revolutionizing the pharmaceutical sales model by digitizing the relationship between doctors and drug manufacturers. Our platform leverages A.I. to provide an intuitive search interface for medical practices to stay current on the latest treatments and make informed clinical decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive product adoption and customer loyalty
  • Design and distribute training materials to ensure users have full knowledge of product features
  • Monitor user behavior to identify risk factors and increase retention
  • Collaborate with practice sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics
  • Handle escalations, client issues, and resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably within healthcare or medical practices
  • Experience implementing digital solutions within medical practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • People skills - must be patient, professional, and able to comfortably engage on the phone and over email
  • A startup mindset (collaborative, iterate, and adapt quickly)
  • Ability to travel to customers as required
  • Bachelor's Degree
Compensation and Benefits

ReachRx compensation consists of salary, equity, and benefits. The expected salary range for this position is $60k-$100k. Equity will be a component of the total compensation. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents. 401(k). Additional Perks: WFH stipend, one medical, etc.
