Customer Success Manager

PitchBook is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive client growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide expert-level support and training on the PitchBook platform to ensure client adoption and utilization
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive client success and growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert-level insights and recommendations to clients
- 2+ years of experience in customer success management or account management
- Proven track record of driving client growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
