About the Role

PitchBook is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert-level support and training on the PitchBook platform to ensure client adoption and utilization
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive client success and growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert-level insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success management or account management
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
