Job Title: Permanent Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Permanent Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Facilitate patient education, providing information and resources to help patients understand their health conditions and treatment options.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, process claims, and resolve any billing issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a patient care coordination role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in front desk operations, including handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
