Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in a team-based selling model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot any issues related to the order process.
  • Communicate with customers and manage accounts receivable.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitors' products to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, cold call, and develop new business.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid driver's license required and a good motor vehicle record.
Physical Qualifications
  • Ability to stand, walk, drive, sit, lift, carry, grasp objects, and manipulate objects as needed.
