Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. This key role will be responsible for planning and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a proactive recruitment partner and advisor to department leaders, providing guidance on recruitment and employment programs, policies, and practices.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment techniques and approaches to ensure adequate supply of qualified applicants.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for various levels of positions, ensuring appropriate selection of employees, adherence to employment policies, and compliance with legal regulations and laws.
  • Cultivate viable recruitment sources, including college career fairs and in-house events, to identify sound and innovative recruitment programs.
  • Implement advanced selection techniques to identify individuals best suited to job requirements, departments, and the organization as a whole.
  • Coach selecting managers in interview and selection techniques to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Maintain recruitment effectiveness statistics and prepare reports for the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
  • Serve as an expert to the Human Resources Department and the organization, interpreting, implementing, and applying effective candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
Requirements
  • Three years of professional-level recruitment/selection experience, with substantial experience in developing and implementing creative recruitment techniques and approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Human Resources professional certification required.
