Job Title: Executive Director - Clinical Institutes North Division

At CLevelCrossing, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Clinical Institutes North Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational leadership of the Providence North Division Clinical Institutes and Specialty Services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multiple areas of healthcare management, operations, and corporate functions. You will be responsible for establishing business development objectives and long-range strategic plans for assigned institutes and specialty services in collaboration with the CMO, Providence Clinical Institutes - North Division, Divisional Chief Strategy Officer, and other executive leadership.

You will also be responsible for monitoring, directing, and evaluating all clinic operations under assignment, including resource utilization, staffing, budgeting, quality, caregiver engagement, patient satisfaction, and more. Additionally, you will understand sources of patients and referrals to lead in the design and implementation of strategies to maintain and grow institutes and services.

We are looking for a leader who can partner with the CMO to ensure that stakeholders are well informed regarding relevant strategy, direction, current issues, and management response to those issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all accrediting/reporting standards and organizational policies/procedures are complied with.

As an Executive Director, you will lead teams and divisions to meet goals and deliver outstanding results around operations, quality, finance, growth, and service. You will also lead by example and develop a management team that can plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor change in a positive manner, involving staff participation and input as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational leadership of the Providence North Division Clinical Institutes and Specialty Services.
  • Establish business development objectives and long-range strategic plans for assigned institutes and specialty services.
  • Monitor, direct, and evaluate all clinic operations under assignment.
  • Understand sources of patients and referrals to lead in the design and implementation of strategies to maintain and grow institutes and services.
  • Partner with the CMO to ensure that stakeholders are well informed regarding relevant strategy, direction, current issues, and management response to those issues.
  • Ensure that all accrediting/reporting standards and organizational policies/procedures are complied with.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Master's Degree in Business Administration or comparable field.
  • 8 years of proven track record in multiple areas of healthcare management, operations, and corporate functions.
  • 8 years of Leadership Experience.
  • Financial, business development, complex project management, marketing, analytical, team building, and collaborative working skills.
