Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care through assessment, accurate documentation, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Carry out a plan of care specific to unit competencies for the target patient population.
- Coordinate care delivery and education through collaboration with patient, family, and all healthcare team providers to ensure safe, effective, and quality patient care.
- Follow organizational policies in providing safe patient care.
- BSN preferred, minimum requirement is ADN with 2 years or more of experience and must complete BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas or eligible required.
- BLS Certification required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
