Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will focus on the management of medical collections and ensure the efficient processing of accounts. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of the organization through effective collection strategies.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $20-24

Work Schedule:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with standard hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute medical collections with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
2. Leverage investigative skills to analyze and resolve collection issues.
3. Maintain thorough records and generate reports related to collections.
4. Conduct outreach via telephone to gather necessary information for collections.
5. Establish and manage payment plans for clients.
6. Perform collection calls and follow up on outstanding accounts.
7. Draft remittance documents as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical collections.
- At least 3 years of relevant investigative or clerical experience.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, legal aspects, and claims management.
- Proven ability to maintain organized records and documentation.
- Experience in customer communication and negotiation.
