Key Responsibilities of the CHRO:

  1. Directs the HR department and manages operational functions.
  2. Designs and executes effective talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Plays a pivotal role in organizational development and growth initiatives.
  4. Establishes and oversees employee incentive and benefits programs.
  5. Enhances and maintains training and development initiatives.
  6. Cultivates strong employee relations and nurtures a positive workplace atmosphere.
  7. Administers the HR budget and resources effectively.
  8. Stays updated on professional and technical knowledge relevant to HR practices.
  9. Upholds the responsibilities of a CHRO in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  10. Reviews and updates HR policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
  11. Ensures adherence to all applicable labor and employment laws.
  12. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least ten years of experience in HR management.
  3. A minimum of seven years in a supervisory capacity.
  4. Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities.
  5. Proficiency in online administrative systems and strong communication skills.
  6. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  7. Capability to perform essential duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification is highly regarded.
