Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including hands-on nursing care and assistance with special procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental risks that may impact patient safety.
  • Empower patients to take an active role in their care by promoting open communication and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Nationally accredited nursing graduate with a valid RN license in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Certification or Professional Rescuers Certification within 30 days.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months.
  • Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Ethics Certification within 1 year of hire.
